Effective vegetable Bin Filling
Manufactured with a hydraulically operated bin platform, the single bin filler works by lifting the empty bin in a pivot action over the fruit and vegetable conveyor. As the crop enters the bin, the crop sensor controls the steady lowering of the bin as it fills. When the bin fully down in its original position, the feed belt continues to fill the bin, automatically stopping the belt when the bin is full. When the full bin is replaced with an empty bin, the start button on the bin filler can be pressed and the cycle continues.

HYDRAULIC BIN PLATFORM
The single bin filler operates with a hydraulic bin lifting system to carefully tilt bins over the crop feed conveyor, ensuring crop is delivered into the bottom of the bin as closely as possible for minimal drop and the gentlest handling.
BUFFER HOLDING CONVEYOR
When operated with the option of a buffer conveyor, there is no need for the grading or processing line to stop whilst the bin is replaced. The buffer conveyor holds crop that is fed onto it from the handling line, until the bin is changed and ready for filling to commence. This option means minimal downtime and maximum throughputs from the single bin filler.
GENTLE HANDLING
Designed to offer gentle handling of crop, the single filler ensures minimal drop at all times throughout the entire bin filling process. With the pivoted bin staying as close to the feed conveyor as possible at all times.
COMPACT DESIGN

OPTIMUM SAFETY
Tong single bin fillers are designed to meet stringent safety standards. Featuring a bin movement siren as well as light guards, which meet the full requirements of EC legislation. The light guards become active when the hydraulic lifting platform to lift and any breaking of the security beams will stop the machine.
ROLLING ROAD BIN FEEDER
When integrating Tong single bin fillers within a complete vegetable handling line, Tong’s ‘rolling road’ bin feeding system can be specified to automatically present bins to the single filler. Subsequently, it can also transport the bins away for the area once filled. The automatic bin presenting system offers increased efficiency of your vegetable bin filling process. Facilitating fully automated bin filling with significantly reduced labour requirements and minimal forklift movement.
